The Collective at Parker Station is a modern coworking and virtual office community located in the heart of Downtown Parker. We provide flexible workspaces, professional business services, meeting space, mail services, networking opportunities, and business growth resources for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and professionals.
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and outgoing Community Manager Intern to help launch and grow our community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in entrepreneurship, marketing, public relations, events, hospitality, or small business operations.
Position Overview
As the Community Manager Intern, you will be the face of The Collective, helping create a welcoming and professional environment for members and guests. You will assist with daily operations, member support, community engagement, events, social media, and marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and helping build something from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Member Support
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Welcome members, guests, and prospective clients
• Schedule tours and assist with membership questions
• Monitor and respond to general email inquiries
• Support conference room bookings and member requests
Mail & Office Operations
• Sort and organize incoming mail and packages
• Notify members of mail deliveries
• Assist with mail scanning and forwarding processes
• Maintain organization of office supplies and common areas
• Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces remain clean, professional, and ready for use
Community & Events
• Assist with networking events, workshops, happy hours, and member activities
• Help create a positive member experience
• Build relationships with members and local businesses
• Support event setup, check-in, and cleanup
Marketing, Social Media & PR
• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
• Capture photos and videos during events and community activities
• Help create social media posts, stories, and reels
• Assist with public relations outreach and media opportunities
• Support marketing campaigns and community partnerships
Technology & Systems
• Manage member information within our coworking software platform
• Assist with onboarding new members
• Update bookings, memberships, and CRM records
• Help maintain accurate member and prospect databases
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with the public
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Social media experience preferred
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Interest in entrepreneurship, marketing, public relations, hospitality, or community management

As an early team member, you will play a key role in helping launch and grow an exciting new business while helping shape the member experience, community culture, and operational processes.
Position Overview
The Community Manager serves as the face of The Collective at Parker Station, creating an exceptional experience for members, guests, and prospective clients.
This role combines customer service, office operations, community engagement, sales, event coordination, and marketing support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, personable, and excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
Member Experience & Community Building
• Welcome members, guests, and prospective clients
• Conduct tours for prospective members and office tenants
• Build strong relationships with members and foster a welcoming community atmosphere
• Assist with member onboarding and ongoing support
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving
• Help create a professional and positive workspace environment
Front Desk & Communications
• Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries
• Respond to emails, website inquiries, and membership questions
• Manage conference room bookings and workspace reservations
• Assist with membership applications and onboarding paperwork
• Maintain accurate member records and databases
Mail & Virtual Office Operations
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming mail and packages
• Notify members when mail or packages arrive
• Coordinate mail scanning and forwarding requests
• Support virtual office and registered agent service operations
• Maintain confidentiality and security of member information
Facility Operations
• Ensure conference rooms, offices, and common areas remain clean, organized, and professional
• Restock office, kitchen, and hospitality supplies
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Report maintenance concerns and coordinate solutions
• Help maintain a polished and welcoming environment for members and guests
Events & Community Engagement
• Assist with networking events, educational workshops, happy hours, and community gatherings
• Coordinate event logistics, setup, and cleanup
• Support partnerships with local businesses and organizations
• Encourage member engagement and participation
• Represent The Collective at community events when needed
Marketing & Business Development Support
• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
• Capture photos and videos during events and member activities
• Support local marketing and community outreach efforts
• Help promote memberships, meeting spaces, and business services
• Follow up with prospective members and tour leads
• Assist with membership sales and lead conversion efforts
Technology & Administrative Support
• Manage memberships, bookings, and member records within company software platforms
• Maintain CRM records and operational databases
• Assist with onboarding new members into company systems
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and standard office technology
• Experience with social media platforms preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality, coworking, office management, events, customer service, leasing, or community management is a plus
• Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, marketing, networking, or small business development
Compensation & Incentives
• $24.00 per hour
• Approximately 20–30 hours per week
• $25 bonus for each new Virtual Office Membership personally generated and closed
• $50 bonus for each new Private Office Membership or Office Lease personally generated and closed
• $25 bonus for each conference room client converted into a recurring membership
• Additional performance bonuses may be available based on occupancy goals, membership growth, and community engagement initiatives
